Borjana Stražmešterov, violinist and conductor of the Children’s and Youth Choir

Education

Mrs. Borjana Stražmešterov completed her music education at the ‘Jovan Bandur’ Music School in Pančevo, where she studied under Professor Jeremija Antonijević. She then graduated from the Department of Violin at the Faculty of Arts, University of Priština, under the guidance of Professor Vladimir Koh.

Professional Career

Mrs. Stražmešterov teaches violin at the “Jovan Bandur” Music School, where her students have won many awards at violin competitions and festivals. She’s been a member of the Serbian Church Choral Society of Pancevo since 1992, and has occasionally conducted liturgical performances since 2002.

Since the spring of 2013, Mrs. Borjana Stražmešterov has been leading the Children’s Choir, guiding it to steady progress. She played a key role in creating the play “The Magic of Easter Night”. Thanks to her leadership, the choir performs at various events and consistently wins awards at festivals.
